Leader | Innovator
Picture
I am an innovative lawyer-turned-educator who lives by the philosophy "What could you do if you knew you could not fail?"

With 14 years of experience as an educator, instructional coach, and educational leader, I am fascinated with the way people can work together to create new ways to solve problems. I believe that moving practice forward requires us to celebrate discomfort and that everyone within an educational community is best served when we are learners together.

My combination of experience as a practicing attorney and educational leader allows me to use a balanced approach when managing both people and programs. I value practicality and efficiency, but also believe whole-heartedly in creativity, innovation, and experimentation. I am particularly interested in how leaders can effectively support and enhance all of these elements in themselves and in their communities.
